Last night, my PC went from 'acceptable speeds' to 'geriatric snail' for no reason that I could see. Did all the usual stuff, clearout, defrag, virus scan, looking for dodgy processes, and finally getting that bloody realplayer to uninstall. Nothing worked ( Read more... )

So, unfortunately, my PC hasn't a hope of running Skyrim. Perhaps I should settle for something less ambitious?

I have less than an hour to go out into THE WORLD, do various messages, and get them all done in time to be back for for Education Questions.
